Leaders united at the JMG Leadership Conference 2025

Last week, we had the pleasure of bringing our leaders together for the annual Jowett Motor Group Leadership Conference at the picturesque RACV Cape Schanck Resort.

With an overnight stay, breathtaking views and world-class hospitality, the conference was the perfect opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, gain fresh industry insights and strengthen how we lead our people, our dealerships, and our business.

We also heard from Sam Venn, who gave us insight on the current and future automotive landscape, our Corporate Leaders; Chris Jowett, Deborah Baker, Ivana Vukcevic and Mark Pannunzio, and an insightful panel discussion with Dealer Principals, Nick Curcio, Aaron Cosstick and Mark Ross.

Above all, it was a rare moment to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect as leaders and reaffirm what makes JMG truly exceptional… our people.
