JMG Leadership Conference 2024 – lessons, leadership & looking ahead

We were proud to host our second Jowett Motor Group Leadership Conference for 2024 at the iconic MCG – a setting that matched the energy, insight and ambition of the day.

The event brought together leaders and experts from across the group and industry to explore the themes of operational excellence and what it takes to lead in an ever-evolving automotive landscape.

A huge thank you to guest presenter Ross Lyon, who delivered an engaging and practical talk on leadership and performance. His perspective resonated strongly with our team.

We also heard valuable insights from Sean Evans, Max Chapman and Trent Foster of South Yarra BMW, who shared their success journey in building a resilient and high-performing BMW Premium Certified business.

To round out the day, Sam Venn from BDO delivered a sharp look ahead at 2025’s vehicle market, equipping our leaders with the insights needed to stay one step ahead.

It was a full day of learning, collaboration and reflection. We left the MCG energised, aligned and ready to drive our people and business forward.
